Corrections for Medicinal GHK-Cu
A free peptide can acquire copper in a retelling; a mouse result can quietly become a human one. Those are exactly the mistakes worth checking against the original experiment.
A sentence worth checking
A correction begins with the page and the sentence in question, followed by the paper’s title, DOI or a working link. A numerical correction also needs the unit and what the number measured.
It is especially useful to identify the experimental subject: cultured cells, excised tissue, an animal or people in a trial. The same applies to the substance. GHK, GHK-Cu and a preparation containing other ingredients can be confused surprisingly easily.
A research correction needs enough information to trace the claim to its source. Symptom assessments, treatment choices and dose advice are outside my remit here. Personal medical details are unnecessary for checking a sentence about a published experiment. There is currently no submission form or published email address on this page.
Another paper to consider
A study suggestion is welcome when it adds a defined preparation, a relevant tissue task or a useful counter-result. A brief explanation of what was measured is more helpful than a claim that a paper “proves it works.”
Function is my concern here: how cells move, how tissue changes and whether the change helps in the setting tested. Results that narrow a claim are as welcome as results that extend one.
